The Lucha Libre Event of the Year is free on Twitch. AAA presents Triplemanía XXV on August 26th.
From its trademark masks to the superhuman maneuvers that the técnico (good) and rudo (evil) warriors of the ring perform each night, Lucha Libre is a spectacle like no other. On August 26th at 5PM PT, we’ll be exclusively airing one of the biggest spectacles in all of Mexican professional wrestling — Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide’s Triplemanía XXV. Triplemanía is AAA’s signature event and you’ll be able to watch it for free on their two new official channels. LuchaLibreAAA will air the event with a native Spanish commentary crew and LuchaLibreAAA_EN, will be in English with Kevin Gill and Gabriel Ramirez behind the mics.
With an event as extraordinary as Triplemanía, luchadores, luchadoras and wrestlers from all over the world will pull out all the stops to win championships and defeat their rivals. In the case of the main event match, Dr. Wagner Jr. vs. Psycho Clown, they will be fighting for something even bigger — their masks. Mask vs. mask matches have ended careers and completely changed the lives of countless luchadores throughout the years. On an event as grand as Triplemanía XXV, it goes without saying that this match, dubbed the “match of the decade” is Lucha Libre at the highest stakes possible.
Want a sample of what you can expect from Triplemanía XXV on August 26th? Tune in a few days early for the start of the Triplemanía pre-show marathon, starting August 24th at 3PM PT. From its sold out debut in Mexico City’s Plaza de Toros to last year’s kick off of the bitter feud between Dr. Wagner Jr. and Psycho Clown, we’ll be airing all the landmark moments and biggest matches of each previous Triplemanía event.
